The promotion will provide that the first 50 people who obtain a quotation through the quotes system and accept that quote, will receive a £50 discount off of the legal costs for the conveyancing transaction quoted. This is subject to the following conditions:
- In order to confirm instructions to proceed you must accept the quotation by clicking on the “accept quote” button that you will receive on the email.
- The discount will only apply in the event that your transaction proceeds to completion and in which case the discount will be applied at the point we issue you with our invoice for the legal costs on the transaction.
- The discount will only apply to one transaction i.e. a sale or a purchase and not both.
- The discount will only apply for the conveyance of residential property in England and Wales.
- The offer will only apply to a buyer or seller and when there are multiple individuals forming a buyer or seller such party will be treated as one and the discount applied only in respect of the transaction.
- The competition will automatically terminate once the first 50 instructions have been accepted as per point 1 above or the 1st May 2019 whichever is the earlier.
- The competition is only open to residents in the United Kingdom, conveying property in England and Wales and for those aged 18 years or over.’
