Victoria qualified as a solicitor in 2000.
Her practice covers all aspects of family law.
Victoria’s practice also includes both welfare and financial matters in the Court of Protection which has included the creation of new case law in establishing the non-enforceability of committal of declaratory orders in the Court of Protection (MASM v MMAM & ors  EWCOP 3)
Victoria is based at the Bury St Edmunds branch of Rudlings Wakelam and also sees clients at the firm’s Brandon and Thetford branches. Victoria also provides evening appointments by arrangement and a home visit service to clients.
Outside of the office Victoria enjoys spending her time with her family and her variety of pets (ranging from large horse to miniature dachshund!) and cooking. She also enjoys relaxing by playing the piano and listening to all sorts of different styles of music.
