Kate is an Associate Solicitor for the Commercial, Commercial Property and Employment departments, qualifying in 2019 and promoted to Associate Solicitor in September 2023. 

Kate has a particular interest in the acquisition, sale and merger of a variety of businesses, working for a wide range of private clients, SMEs, health care professionals and development companies. Kate also has branched into franchise law, specialising in the incorporation and ongoing review of franchise businesses. Kate and the team also carry out a wide variety of both corporate and commercial property matters.

Outside of the firm, Kate has a keen interest in her fitness, teaching Body Combat and Zumba classes in her spare time, or exploring the roaming Norfolk countryside with her dog Otis.
