Henry recently joined the firm. He is a senior litigation solicitor with over 30 years of experience and he is head of the firm’s litigation team. He has a broad range of civil litigation experience advising in areas such as:
- commercial disputes
- consumer matters
- insolvency litigation
- property disputes
- landlord and tenant issues; and
- negligence claims.
Recent cases have included for example advising on forfeiture of commercial leases; obtaining an urgent injunction in the High Court and a compensation claim in the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber).
Henry’s clients have included individuals and corporate bodies including Colleges and Chambers of Commerce.
Away from the office Henry is a co-opted governor with West Suffolk College and secretary of the Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce. He is a keen follower of several sports including horse racing and his free time is largely spent on outdoor pursuits such as gardening and walking the family dog.
