Gail joined Rudlings Wakelam In May 2020 as an associate solicitor in the Wills, Probate and Trusts Department. Gail qualified as a solicitor in 1997 and has worked for highly regarded tax, trust and private client teams based in the West Midlands and Suffolk. Gail specialises in the following areas:

· Inheritance tax planning

· Wills, succession and asset protection including planning for business owners and farmers

· Estate administration including estates with a foreign element

· The creation and administration of trusts

· Elderly clients

Gail also works as a practice support lawyer for a leading private client law lecturer preparing lecture papers and legal articles, and is a contributor to the Trust Practitioner’s Handbook (4th Edition). Gail is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and has pledged to become a Dignity Champion

Gail has also worked for Parish Signpost and The Elfrida Society as a volunteer, befriender and advocate for the elderly and vulnerable.
