Rudlings Solicitors LLP are actively seeking a Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal ideally with a minimum of 1 years’ experience to join our Bury St Edmunds office.

Job Specification

The Role: – Reporting into the Fee Earner, you will be expected to provide support assist them with managing a full case load and matters including-

  • Basic knowledge of the entire Conveyancing process to include post completion work would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Assist with new client enquiries and open files using our case management system
  • Prepare draft contract packages, all searches, exchange, and completion letters.
  • To support Fee earners to progress transactions proactively with all key parties in the process.
  • Deal with client queries on the phone and in person, providing such support in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Keeping matters tidy and in order, ensuring all takes are up-to-date and dealt with promptly.

Person Specification
